  1. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request cancellation please contact us immediately at casvero.support@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.

After Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched cancellation is not possible. If you wish to cancel after dispatch you may refuse delivery at the doorstep. The order will then be treated as a Return to Origin (RTO).

  1. Refund Policy Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5 to 7 business days of cancellation or return confirmation. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.

For COD orders refunds will be issued as store credit which can be used on your next purchase at casvero.com

  1. Return Policy We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item is significantly different from product description

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Please email casvero.support@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photo or video proof of the issue.

  1. RTO — Return to Origin If an order is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery, wrong address or customer refusal:
  • Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the eligible refund amount
  • Repeated RTOs may result in order restrictions on your account
  • Remaining eligible amount will be processed as store credit
  1. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page
